We’d both been to too many flat, forgettable business events. The ideas were often good, but the energy and enjoyment? Missing. We wanted to prove business learning can be exciting, inclusive, and actually memorable—so we built an event that feels alive rather than obligatory.

Founders Shaun Pledger and Andy Coleman lead it, with a small group of co-founders (Amanda Coulson, Jon Percy, Alex Crocker) bringing their expertise in people, legal/commercial, and growth strategy. Everyone shares the same goal: make business events worth showing up for.
